Sometimes it's hard to get people interested in any sort of mixology at all (I've been ridiculed at work for simmering Guiness with cardamom and cinnamon, until they tried a Black Friar's Pint). This is exactly the kind of left brain inspiration/right brain practicality that I love. Hook a brother up Let me add to the mix, pretty please. I am a bartender at the Pierre Hotel.
